Adam Paschalidis

• Assisting with the set-up and regulatory approval of (un-)regulated financial products (e.g. RAIF, SIFs, SCSp), including negotiating and drafting marketing documents as well as assisting with the issuance of AIF products.
• Due to the Firm's global approach, involved in, coordinating and assisting with the closing of facility agreements in respect of financial products.
• Having received an official accreditation from Yale School of Management, advising as the Firm's expert both EU and US clients on ESG and sustainability-related matters.
• Advising investment firms and AIFMs on the foreseeable impacts of major regulatory changes (AIFMD, MiFID II/MiFIR, AML V, etc.) on their product/service range, marketing and distribution strategy, as well as their operating model.
• Participating in asset and share deals as a Funds expert.

Significant experience in cosec and administration of (un-)regulated financial products and their overall structure.

• Assisting in negotiating and drafting loan agreements with customers in emerging markets.
• Assisting in restructuring distressed assets in FMO's NPL portfolio.
