  • Implemented a 7 million pound sterling project funded by DFID (Economic Empowerment Nexus) from inception, targeting the final evaluation in the Central African Republic (CAR)
  • Conducted monthly market price monitoring, budget review, and analysis of program budgets/resources, kept updated on the contingency plan, implemented early warning mechanisms, and designed new projects
  • Sensitised, and mobilized the program team, local community, government representatives, and partners for conflict mapping exercises, needs assessment, and planning the interventions
  • Established forums for concertations for peace and development at the local level, involving local authorities (commune level) traditional and religious leaders, youth and women’s associations, local traders, and the local beneficiary committee on the fight of SGBVs

  • Implemented an 8 million dollar integrated Food for Peace Program; and led the delivery of integrated emergency programs including shelter, FSL, FWW, and WASH to support IDPs and returnees
  • Organized the activity planning process, and coordinated the implementation and reporting
  • Assisted the program team (on the above thematics) to develop projects that addressed hunger, floods, cholera, drought, etc., and meet organizational goals; managed the program budgets per procurement plans and the targets; reallocated resources as necessary, and reported (internal and external)

  • Created a committee and coordinated actions for conflict resolution between farmers and cattle keepers in Boganangone and Boda commune
  • Established Village Committee for Reintegration of Returnees (VCRR) from Brazzaville in the Southern country, and worked with UNHCR to build shelter and household latrines for refugees and host families: 400 homes built for vulnerable returnees, we organized football for peace matches between Muslims and Christians, and other activities like joint community cleaning, and cultural celebrations for the peaceful living of all returnees, refugees, and host communities in Lobaye prefecture
  • Created Committee for Distribution, and Water Point Committees to monitor returning movement, register returnees, select the vulnerable families, and train them to manage the local conflict at the water point, and in the community for peaceful reintegration of returnees/refugees.
