As a former professional tennis player and licensed coach, with a bachelor's degree in psychology, i have a very multifaceted work experience, and have experienced a strong variety of work environments. My Tennis career has allowed me to develop perseverance, resilience in the face of self-doubt and a goal-oriented approach. My psychology degree offered me ample field related knowledge, but more importantly, social tools and a wider lens and perspective on problematic situations, as well as prioritizing empathy and open-mindness when assessing a situation with a strong human element. It has greatly helped me in becoming a successful and thoughtful coach, as it allowed me to pinpoint efficiently the mental obstacles holding back optimal performance and enjoyment. Lastly, as Operations Assistant and Logistics Manager at The Luxembourg Pavilion at EXPO2020 in Dubai, i have acquired a strong understanding, expertise and hands-on experience in Logistics and inventory, event management, protocol procedures, and a vivid glimpse into the challenges of such a global mega-event and the improvisational skills required to successfully navigate the unknown obstacles. Wishing to further develop my skills and knowledge, i am currently finishing my second year of the Master degree of "Evaluation and Assessment" at the University of Luxembourg.
