Reporting to the EU HR Retail Director, also supporting EU HR Ops Director and EU Benefits, the role combined Lux HR site management responsibilities as well as participating to EU HR projects.

• Managed HR Administration of Luxembourg site (80-250 employees): preparing contracts, onboarding new hires, preparation and review of the monthly payroll files, benefits enrolment, internal moves and exits. Review and negotiation of local benefits package
