Create and standardize High Risk Operations and Reliability and Maintenance Engineering Department Safety policies and procedures as well as the baseline Risk Assessment and Standard Operating Procedures

Support Business Units with safety-related issues, concerns, and RME-related network actions to reduce risk

Conduct site audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations

Lead safety risk reduction projects network-wide to decrease incidents and address audit findings and incident root causes

Provide safety-related data KPIs and conduct trend analysis for Business Units to target priorities and scope strategies

Consultative support and coaching to RME, WHS, and Operations

Partner with RME Learning and Development team to design tailored training courses for RME personnel

Establish incident investigation, escalation, and reporting structures to ensure timely collaboration on root cause analysis

• Identifying and prioritizing areas for sustainability efforts and recommending proactive strategies to address relevant sustainability issues.
• Leading the Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs processes for 30 processing plants and quarries across 15 countries.
• Managing the integrated management system and serving as the lead auditor for ISO45001, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Sustainability.
• Cultivating a culture of sustainability through continuous organizational communication.
• Developing action plans with clear objectives, targets, and responsibilities to support sustainability strategies.

• Participating in Executive Committee monthly meetings for setting Health and Safety initiatives, budgets, targets, and strategies
• Establishing the training academy for conducting Health and Safety training
• Preparing health and safety training films
• Contractor management including logistics, maintenance and construction works at all aspects of Health and Safety
• 5S and CIP (Continuous Improvement Project) implementations
• Development and application of Health and Safety Software to manage all H&S related reporting and documentation
• Controlling all project budget&investment.

• Oil and Gas, Energy, Pipeline, CCPP Power Plant Projects in various locations (Latvia, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan)
• Preparation of HSE plan and procedures in compliance with the clients BP, JACOBS, GE, SIEMENS, AGIP
• Investigating major incidents and communicating lessons learned
• Developing Lock Out-Tag Out-Try Out and Permit to Work systems for commissioning works safety
