• Responsible for all HR matters for the Luxembourg, Spain, France, and UAE offices
• Operated as key business partner to employees, managers, and senior leaders to promote HR practices and strategies and enable delivery of specific, measurable business goals.
• Collaboration and supporting the Group's people management strategy to address all issues around compensation, talent acquisition, relocation, diversity, training, employee relations and organizational development
• Participating in HR projects: HR transformation, succession planning, Diversity, equity, and Inclusion forum, L&D projects/planning, recruitment.
• Provide HR consultancy, review of Payroll, HR admin and reporting HR activities/KPIs to Executive committee and Board up, keep of the HR System (Workday) for concerned locations.

Specialized in offering training programs (soft skills, technical skills, and online solution) to external clients. Rotated amongst the 3 teams within the Academy.

Sales team :

• Anticipating and clarifying clients' training needs
• Proposing public training sessions or dedicated training programs customized to clients' specific request

Product development team :

• Designing and implementing dedicated training sessions
• Collaborate with internal & external experts to develop training projects

Logistical team :

• Coordinating training projects and managing all logistical aspects
• Facilitating training for certain clients (soft skills training)

• Sole HR consultant responsible for the Luxembourg office (+/- 45 employees),
• Responsible, recruitment, induction, on-boarding, payroll, administrative HR tasks, and mandatory trainings,
• Ensured adequate processes and procedures in place,
• Responded to employee inquiries, questions and complaints.
