• Preparing and reviewing high quality sets of reconciliations and reporting packs to be used in financial statements (including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Schedule of Investments, Notes to Financial Statements) for annual and interim reporting cycles under LUX GAAP.
• Preparing of regulatory reports: BCL, U1.1, O4.1.
• help team members find solutions to difficult challenges.

• Manage the operations of the internal technical financial reporting team responsible of migration clients to new financial reporting platform and drive process improvements.
• Lead, direct and manage the department in collaboration with senior management.
• Train, coach, evaluate staff, set clear development goals for team members to ensure they are developed and managed.
• Initiate and oversee tasks within the continuous improvement drive to ensure that the department is efficient and seen as customer and quality driven.
• Review of annual and semi-annual Financials.

• Reviewing the financial reporting process to find ways to streamline and automate it. Write workflows and training materials to implement process changes.
• Developing a department strategy with senior management to improve processes and systems;
