• Assist Middle Office with any transaction monitoring queries. Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments. Review, explain and justify account charges.
• Deal with any Financial Crime/Compliance related queries/tasks in an appropriate and timely manner.

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of Swiss and Monaco Bank clients.
• Control, monitoring and reporting a client portfolio in Risk exposure. Working directly with Credit Team and Relationship Managers in in order to manage and control the Risk.
• 2nd level of Control for Irregular situations, Shortfall, Out of Authorization, limit Excess on Credit Line.
• Dealing close with 1st line of control on a daily basis - Credit officers and RM
• Working in Dual Office with Geneva. Training program for 6 months

in Geneva.

• Responsible to migrate and put in place business line from Geneva

to Lisbon.

• Automate daily tasks and improve BAU.
• Responsible of activity migration from APAC to Lisbon. Manage, control and report all Risk exposure from Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan market and Bank clients.

• Global Custody and Clearing - Central Nostro Reconciliation Team.
• Knowledge of cash reconciliation and investigation - Nostri and Nostro accounts. Manage cash/securities breaks.
• Accounting and control of type (nature) of accounts: Nostri; Pivots; Segregated; Suspense.
• Controlling/Monitoring weekly and monthly reports.
• Creation of Balance Proof, Balance Sheet.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable - Management of Incoming Invoices/payments
• Ad Hoc creation/management.
• Ledger and Statements management.
• Reporting and investigating of outstanding funds.
• Sub -Custodians /Cash Correspondents investigations, follow up of and cash claim management activity.
• Custody and clearing activity - Settlements; Corp action; Tax&Income; Treasury Deps; Billing - Full monitoring of allocation (auto and manual), matching (mainly auto improvements); full investigation of funds till resolution.
• Responsible for Management and Piloting /Files Integrations; MT53X/MT94X/MT541/MT545.
• Full monitoring and control of all outstanding items (Nostro & Segregated).
• Preparation of old outstanding items Reports to Finance and ORPC on all accounts scheduled for inclusion.
• Recommend corrections for variances to ensure timely resolutions.
• Responsible for the creation of journals to correct issues identified.

• Constantly direct contact with clients - for a full performance in Reconciliation the daily contact with UT managers were essential
