Team Lead - Client Services, Fund Administration

• In charge of Client Service Management team responsible for portfolio of ca. 30 private equity clients.
• Supervision of staff, coaching, recruitment and resource planning.
• Review of corporate legal documentation and oversight of statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Close collaboration with Fund Accounting Teams and oversight of the timely preparation of NAV, financial statements, investor reporting and any other regulatory reportings for the client base.
• Responsible for various Group Projects mainly in Client Onboarding, AML/KYC and Business Development, including one year within Corporate Services Department at Apex Group Malta in 2020.

• Client Relationship Management and Corporate Secreterial Lead for portfolio clients of Alternative Funds department.
• In charge of corporate legal compliance, preparation and review of statutory and regulatory documents.
• Client onboarding and oversight of AML/KYC and ongoing due diligence.
• Corporate oversight of Transfer Agency and Custodian deliverables.
• Supporting Management with Group projects, mainly in regulatory and AML/KYC matters.

• Acting as main point of contact for Corporate Services clients, in charge of statutory, regulatory and KYC governance.
• Setup and corporate governance of holding companies; drafting, review and negotiation of transaction documents.
• Coordination and participation to board and shareholders' meetings, note-taking and review of meeting minutes.
• Supervision of day-to-day operation and third party relationship management.

• Main point of contact for portfolio clients, responsible for Italy, Spain, Switzerland and LatAm markets.
• Business Development and new client acquisition.
• Review and preparation of statutory legal documents, organization of board and shareholders meetings.

• Provision of corporate secretarial and administrative services to holding companies (Italian Market).
• Organization of meetings, statutory, regulatory and tax filings for portfolio companies.

Preparing and assisting university lectures in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation (Italian, English, French).
